This year’s ACT-SO competition will be held on Saturday, April 26th at Franklin High School 500 Elizabeth Ave, Somerset, NJ. and will begin at 9am. Bergen County has 8 students presenting at this year’s competition.
What is ACT-SO?
It is a life changing youth enrichment program. ACT-SO is an acronym that stands for Afro- Academic, Cultural, Technological and Scientific Olympics. It is a student enrichment program that culminates in a local and national competition where High School students compete for scholarship awards, and prizes totaling over $300,000. It seeks to promote the following among high school students:
